Thank you for choosing GoYourTrip for your travel planning. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between GoYourTrip and all travelers booking services through us.

1. General Terms

1.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required booking amount as mentioned in the quotation or invoice issued by GoYourTrip.

1.2 Pricing

All quotations are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed. Prices may vary due to airline fares, hotel rates, exchange rate fluctuations, taxes, or supplier revisions.

1.3 Payment Schedule

Payment due dates will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to make payments within the specified timeline may result in cancellation of the booking.

1.4 Travel Documents

Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, permits, travel insurance, vaccination certificates, and any other required travel documents are valid before departure.

GoYourTrip shall not be held responsible for any losses resulting from incomplete, expired, or invalid documentation.

1.5 Health & Medical Conditions

Travelers are responsible for informing GoYourTrip about any medical conditions, disabilities, or special assistance requirements before booking.

GoYourTrip shall not be liable for any issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

1.6 Force Majeure

GoYourTrip shall not be liable for delays, itinerary changes, cancellations, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Earthquakes
• Political unrest
• War
• Civil disturbances
• Government restrictions
• Airline operational issues
• Pandemics
• Epidemics
• Strikes
• Weather conditions

2. Responsibilities & Liability

GoYourTrip acts only as an intermediary between travelers and third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, transport providers, cruise companies, sightseeing operators, and other travel vendors.

Accordingly:

• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or deficiencies caused by third-party service providers.
• Airline schedules, hotel policies, and supplier rules are beyond our control.
• Travelers are responsible for complying with immigration rules, customs regulations, local laws, and visa requirements.
• GoYourTrip shall not be liable if a traveler is denied boarding, refused entry, deported, or suffers losses due to non-compliance with government regulations.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Deposit

To secure your booking, an advance payment must be made as communicated in your quotation.

Bookings remain subject to availability until payment is received.

Any changes relating to hotels, airlines, or itinerary will be communicated within 72 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays), wherever applicable.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

GoYourTrip accepts payments through:

• Bank Transfer
• UPI
• Credit Cards
• Debit Cards
• Online Payment Gateways

Unless otherwise specified, all payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

Foreign exchange calculations, wherever applicable, will be based on the prevailing Rate of Exchange (ROE) on the date of final payment.

3.3 Failure to Pay

Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without prior notice.

Cancellation charges shall apply wherever applicable.

3.4 Government Taxes

As per prevailing Government of India regulations:

• International travel remittances up to ₹10 lakhs in a financial year may attract applicable Tax Collected at Source (TCS).
• Remittances exceeding the prescribed limits will attract TCS as per the latest government notifications.

Applicable tax rates shall be charged according to the law in force at the time of payment.

3.5 Unauthorized Cash Deposits

Cash deposits made directly into GoYourTrip's bank account without prior authorization or booking reference may not be accepted and may be treated as invalid until verified.

Annexure A – Payment Policy

Booking Payments

Short-Haul Destinations

• 25% advance payment at the time of booking
• Balance payment due 30 days before departure

Long-Haul Destinations

• 30% advance payment at the time of booking
• Balance payment due 60 days before departure

Late Payments

Late payments may attract a penalty of 2% per day on the outstanding amount.

Additionally:

Short-Haul Bookings

• Booking may be cancelled after 7 days of overdue payment.

Long-Haul Bookings

• Booking may be cancelled after 10 days of overdue payment.

Refunds

• Refunds for eligible cancellations or overpayments will generally be processed within 30 business days.
• Certain components such as airfare, visas, permits, taxes, insurance, and supplier-imposed non-refundable services may not be refundable.
• Additional processing charges may apply for payments received within 10 days of departure.

Annexure B – Cancellation Policy

Bookings Including Flights

More than 45 Days Before Departure

• 10% of the land package cost
• Airline cancellation charges as per airline policy

Between 45 and 25 Days Before Departure

• 25% of the land package cost
• Airline cancellation charges

Within 25 Days of Departure

• 100% of the land package cost is non-refundable
• Airline cancellation charges as applicable

Flight Tickets

Low-Cost Airlines

Flights booked with low-cost carriers (including but not limited to AirAsia, VietJet, Scoot, Batik Air, etc.) are generally non-refundable and non-changeable.

Full-Service Airlines

Refunds and changes are governed entirely by the respective airline's fare rules.

Packages Without Flights

More than 45 Days Before Travel

10% cancellation charge.

Between 45 and 25 Days Before Travel

25% cancellation charge.

Within 25 Days Before Travel

100% cancellation charge.

Special Conditions

If any hotel, transfer, sightseeing activity, cruise, permit, or attraction is booked under a non-refundable rate, the entire amount paid for that service shall remain non-refundable irrespective of the cancellation date.

During festive seasons, long weekends, school vacations, peak travel periods, and special events, different cancellation policies may apply and will be communicated before booking confirmation.

Partial Cancellation

For group bookings, cancellation by one or more members may result in recalculation of package costs for the remaining travelers.

Any resulting increase in cost shall be borne by the remaining travelers.

Changes by GoYourTrip

GoYourTrip reserves the right to amend, substitute, or cancel travel arrangements due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond our control.

Where significant changes become necessary, travelers may choose to:

• Accept the revised itinerary; or
• Opt for an alternative package of similar standard (subject to fare difference).

Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds are generally processed:

• Within 3–4 working days after approval.
• In exceptional cases, processing may take up to 21 working days.
• Bank transfers may require an additional 7–15 working days depending on banking procedures.
• Refunds for cancelled operational activities will normally be processed within 30 days.

Complimentary services and promotional inclusions carry no refund value.

Non-Refundable Booking Amount

The initial booking/token amount paid to confirm a reservation is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Annexure C – Group Bookings

Group Size

Changes in the number of travelers may affect package pricing.

For groups of 10 or more passengers, final traveler details must be confirmed at least 30 days before departure.

Group Coordinator

One designated group leader shall act as the authorized representative for all communications between GoYourTrip and the group members.

Annexure D – Destination Specific Terms

Adventure Holidays

Activities including trekking, safaris, rafting, camping, skiing, and similar experiences are subject to weather conditions, local government regulations, and operational feasibility.

Activities may be rescheduled or cancelled without prior notice.

Refunds, if applicable, shall follow the standard cancellation policy.

International Travel

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining valid:

• Passport
• Visa
• Transit Visa
• Travel Insurance
• Vaccination Certificates
• Any mandatory travel approvals

GoYourTrip shall not be liable for denied boarding, refusal of entry, deportation, or immigration-related issues.

Peak Season Bookings

Bookings made during Christmas, New Year, Diwali, long weekends, school vacations, festivals, exhibitions, sporting events, or other peak travel periods may be subject to stricter payment and cancellation terms.

These conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.
